Job Description:

The Role

As an EDC Integration Specialist, you will be a key member of the Veeva CDMS Professional Services group. You’ll provide consulting and integration design to project teams implementing Veeva Vault CDMS solutions for the life sciences industry. You will lead customer implementations, offering expertise in solution architecture, technical integration, and best practices. You will work closely with Veeva teams (Services, Product, Sales, Strategy) to ensure customer success now and in the future.

Opportunities are available across Europe for this remote role, based in the EU, requiring regional travel. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the EU or UK; Veeva does not sponsor employment visas for this position.

What You’ll Do

1. Provide expertise on Vault EDC integrations, technical design, and SaaS best practices.
2. Design the overall clinical data technology and integration landscape for clients.
3. Create specifications for EDC inbound and outbound integrations.
4. Configure EDC-specific requirements for integrations.
5. Support third-party vendors with Vault API-based integration implementation.
6. Assist with customer UAT for integrations.
7. Design, implement, and troubleshoot cloud-based connections to other Veeva products.
8. Contribute to the professional services knowledge base.
9. Develop tools to assist customers and consultants.
10. Partner with organizational teams to deliver technical presentations and evangelize Veeva solutions.
11. Work mostly remotely, with occasional customer visits as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 3+ years experience integrating EDC with clinical systems like IVRS/IRT, Safety, Labs, Imaging, eCOA/Pro, in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in demonstrating and presenting complex technical solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience with ETL tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience building solutions in cloud/SaaS environments using SOAP/REST/GraphQL/JSON APIs.
• Project management experience for enterprise software implementations.
• Data migration experience.
• Familiarity with industry standards like CDISC, ODM.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud delivery of clinical trials.
• Knowledge of source code control systems.
• Experience with AWS tools such as Lambda and EC2.
• Fluency in more than one European language.
