We are recruiting for an Ecommerce Sales Analyst role within our Pureplay Ecommerce team, to support the National Account Managers to overdrive this high-growth channel. The right candidate will be comfortable with managing the day-to-day Perrigo/retailer relationship, operations and range management. In addition to this, you will be responsible for taking ownership of, and deriving insights from, the wider Ecommerce reporting suite. Diligence, proactivity and an ability to work at pace are crucial in this strategically important channel.

Scope of the Role

  • Working closely with retailers to streamline collaborative processes and troubleshoot challenges
  • Analysing performance data and metrics to identify key efficiencies and growth opportunities
  • Managing the invoice process for the team
  • Creating and maintaining performance and financial reports
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless flow of information to the right people at the right time
  • Managing our product portfolio administration with retailers
  • Store walks (physical and digital) to always improve shopper path-to-purchase
  • Supporting the National Account Managers for key meetings
  • Identifying and driving continuous efficiency improvements in team processes

Experience Required

  • You will need to have a solid proficiency in Excel, so that you can appropriately manage reporting.
  • Proficient data analysis and literacy skills are required, with demonstrable experience in customer relations and communication, administration, and knowledge of the UK FMCG industry preferred.
  • You will also need to be able to commute to our office in central London minimum 2-3 days per week, as required.
