We are looking for an eCommerce Marketing Executive to join our Performance Marketing team, based at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicester with a competitive salary range of £31,000 - £44,000. Our Performance Marketing team plays a key part in maximizing online sales, driving customer acquisition and return on investment by managing paid media campaigns!
About the role
As an eCommerce Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for our joint venture partners - Victoria’s Secret, GAP, and FatFace. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external media agencies to deliver impactful strategies that focus on the profitable acquisition of new customers, as well as driving sales from existing customers across multiple channels i.e. paid search, social, and more! As well as campaign execution, you will support the creative process and contribute to the development of compelling ad creatives, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives. It will be your responsibility to optimize our marketing product feeds, ensuring the best possible performance and maximizing ROI.
What else is involved?
- Liaising with the agency and internal data, trade, and channel teams on any required campaign reports and performance optimizations.
- Working alongside key internal stakeholders to plan and execute activity.
- Work with the external media agency & key partners.
- Monitor & work with the agency & channel manager to support optimization of all activity.
- Work with the partners to explore new and innovative opportunities which meet business objectives.
- Work with the wider marketing and commercial trading teams.
- Manage the reporting for paid activity for our Total Platform partners, interpret trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Track and analyze media performance across various channels, using platform and web analytics tools (e.g., Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager & GA4).
- Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize activity.
- Oversee the marketing planning & content calendars across Total Platform partners.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and monitor competitor activity.
You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. Our offices are inspiring, yes. But we understand that life happens. So, we’re big on making sure your work, works for you which is why we offer flexible working. This role currently offers 2 days a week in the office, and 3 from home.
