Our client, a fast-growing beauty business, is currently looking to recruit an Ecommerce Lead with a salary of up to £55,000.

As the Ecommerce Lead, you will be responsible for leading and trading the website, focusing on delivering strong commercial gains through improved website conversion performance and enhanced customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing website revenue targets and driving end-to-end site conversion optimization.
2. Overseeing site navigation and personalisation to optimise customer engagement and conversion journeys.
3. Developing and implementing segmentation and testing strategies and roadmaps.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Good knowledge of site trading and planning.
• Experience in site merchandising, targeting, and content personalisation.
• Strong data-driven insights skills to improve site KPIs.
