Job Opportunity: Ecommerce Assistant

One of the UK’s leading Fashion brands is seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to join their London office. The role offers a hybrid working model, with 1 day in the office every 2 weeks and the rest working from home.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Manager in maintaining the back-end e-commerce platform.
2. Publish and maintain web products.
3. Optimize the online customer journey and conversion rates.
4. Create and review customer-centric stories to drive brand engagement.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Shopify (or similar platform), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confident and articulate communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
