Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and engaging Early Years Educators (Nursery Practitioners), who will bring their knowledge and experience to every child and family through high-quality teaching; helping children reach their full potential and discover a love of learning.

You’ll develop engaging and inspiring activities and games for children to learn through play, in conjunction with our Storal curriculum. You’ll be welcoming and informative to parents and carers, building relationships with your key children and completing observations on child development and achievements.

Within your role, you’ll ensure all children are kept safe and have rich, stimulating experiences. You will work in partnership with the existing educator team to create an inspiring working environment and ensure the successful running of the nursery.

About You

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years
• Proven experience as an Early Years Educator or with children under 5
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
• Reflect the Storal values around responsibility, openness, and teamwork

What We Offer

Salary: From £25,792 to £28,454.40 FTE, based on experience and qualifications, plus a £1000 Welcome Bonus (conditions apply), pro-rata for part-time hours.
