Requirements:
- A current practicing certificate for either the SRA or CILEX
- A solid, established client base
- The ability to independently manage your caseload and work autonomously
- Experience in marketing and business development to build and expand your caseload
- Strong advocacy skills with a willingness and capability to conduct your own advocacy
- Technical expertise and procedural competence
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and achieve financial targets
