GLL is seeking two Duty Managers to join the team at Witney Artificial Turf Pitch. As a Duty Manager, you will oversee daily operations and maintenance of the site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Conducting facility checks and coordinating repairs
- Performing grounds maintenance tasks
- Managing bookings and invoicing
- Maintaining records and ensuring health and safety compliance
- Responding to customer queries
- Supporting the General Manager and community engagement
This role requires a proactive individual with time management skills, high standards, and a First Aid at Work qualification (which GLL can fund if needed). Candidates must be 18+ due to lone-working, with availability primarily in evenings and weekends.
Shift pattern includes:
- Monday 16:30 - 22:30
- Tuesday 16:30 - 22:30
- Thursday 16:30 - 22:30
