• Hold structured meetings to identify study and support strategies, including NMH and travel support.
• Evaluate and advise on hardware, software, assistive technology, and aids.
• Produce formal needs assessment reports in line with guidance and KPIs.
• Respond to post-assessment queries promptly.
• Review customer needs upon request.

• Strong report writing and attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of DSA funding guidance.
• Current knowledge of assistive technology hardware and software.
• Ability to work to strict KPIs and produce high-quality work.
