- Hold structured meetings to identify study and support strategies, including NMH and travel support.
- Evaluate and advise on hardware, software, assistive technology, and aids.
- Produce formal needs assessment reports in line with guidance and KPIs.
- Respond to post-assessment queries promptly.
- Review customer needs upon request.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong report writing and attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of DSA funding guidance.
- Current knowledge of assistive technology hardware and software.
- Ability to work to strict KPIs and produce high-quality work.
- Team player with sound organizational skills, reliable, and dependable.
