As a Carbon Neutral Company, our goal is to reach net-zero carbon by 2035. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Domestic Appliance Engineer to work in partnership with Pacifica. This role is exclusively focused on servicing a high-end brand, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance and is on a self-employed basis, serving customers primarily around the SE and E postcode areas, along with DA postcode area. You will play a crucial role in upholding the exceptional standards of service our clients expect.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in repairing and maintaining domestic appliances in a field-based capacity, with up to date working repair knowledge in fault diagnosis and repair of the following: washing machines, tumble driers, dishwashers, cookers and refrigeration (upskilling in refrigeration system repairs can be provided if required).
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to maintaining Pacifica's high standards of service and professionalism.
- Full valid Driving Licence and own van.
