- Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including board of directors, advisors, and other key stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively across a range of operational and financial staff at all levels, often in challenging circumstances given the financial positions of Turnaround’s clients.
- Appraise challenging and fast-developing situations and look to develop innovative solutions and assess options for stakeholders.
- Rigorous and efficient execution delivery of engagements and projects to scope, time, quality, and budget complying with KPMG engagement management practices.
