Our diverse client base ranges from mid-market to FTSE listed groups, public sector, real estate, and financial services. The role involves working with clients of all sizes across various sectors.
We are seeking talented Directors with experience in:
- Deep tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially around indirect taxes, including EMEA compliance
- End-to-end finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-report) and their integration with tax
- Advising on tax technology to support compliance and reporting
- Tax technology implementation, requirements gathering, and design documentation review
- Tax transformation, governance, process design, and improvement
- Project and client management
Additional desirable skills include:
- ERP implementation experience
- Data management, databases, data transmission, data transformation, SQL
- Analyzing large data volumes
- Designing cloud-based tax applications
- Acting as a liaison between technology and tax teams
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leading delivery of tax transformation and technology projects within broader finance transformations
- Designing and deploying automation solutions for tax
- Supporting clients in designing systems for tax compliance across countries
- Collaborating with colleagues across KPMG
- Developing global governance and control frameworks
- Enhancing service offerings and delivery models
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing senior team members and offshore resources
- Identifying additional service opportunities
- Providing coaching and technical support
- Adhering to KPMG best practices and policies
