Role Overview

We seek talented Directors with experience in areas such as:

• Deep tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially around indirect taxes and EMEA compliance
• End-to-end finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-report) and their integration with tax
• Advising on tax technology to support compliance and reporting
• Tax technology implementation, including requirements gathering and design review
• Tax transformation, governance, and process improvement
• Project and client management

Additional Desirable Skills

• Data management, databases, data transmission, and SQL
• Analyzing large data volumes
• Designing cloud-based tax applications
• Acting as a liaison between technology and tax teams
• Leading tax transformation projects within broader finance programs
• Developing automation solutions for tax
• Designing systems to meet international tax requirements
• Collaborating with colleagues across GCT, Tax Transformation, and Consulting
• Developing governance frameworks and service models
• Building strong client relationships
• Managing performance of team members and overseeing offshore resources
• Identifying additional service opportunities and liaising with specialists
• Providing coaching and technical support
• Adhering to KPMG policies and best practices
