Reimagining tax is a strategic priority for our UK and global business. Our diverse client base spans mid-market to FTSE-listed groups, public sector, real estate, and financial services, working on a variety of projects across sectors.
We seek talented Directors with experience in:
- Deep tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially around indirect taxes, including EMEA compliance
- End-to-end finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-report) and their integration with tax
- Tax technology advising and implementation, including requirements gathering and design documentation
- Tax transformation, governance, and process improvement
- Project and client management
Additional desirable skills include:
- Data management, databases, data transmission, and SQL
- Large data volume analysis
- Designing cloud-based tax applications
- Acting as a liaison between technology and tax teams
- Leading tax transformation projects within broader finance transformations
- Automation solutions for tax systems
- Designing systems for international tax compliance
- Collaborating with colleagues across teams
- Developing governance frameworks and service offerings
- Building strong client relationships
- Performance management and oversight of offshore resources
- Identifying additional service opportunities and providing coaching and support
