Role Overview

We seek talented Directors with experience in areas including:

• Deep tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially indirect taxes and EMEA compliance
• End-to-end finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-report) and their integration with tax
• Tax technology advising, implementation, and requirements gathering
• Tax transformation, governance, process design, and improvement
• Project and client management

Desirable skills include:

• Data management, SQL, and data transformation
• Analyzing large data volumes
• Designing cloud-based tax applications
• Acting as a liaison between technology and tax teams
• Leading tax transformation projects within broader finance programs
• Developing automation solutions for tax
• Designing systems addressing international tax requirements
• Collaborating across teams within KPMG
• Developing governance frameworks and service offerings
• Building strong client relationships
• Performance management and overseeing offshore teams
• Identifying additional service opportunities and providing coaching
