- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or another senior marketing role
- Solid knowledge of Brand and Communications on a global scale

Preferred Skills:
- Fluent in multiple languages
- Deep understanding of the SaaS industry and its challenges in various global markets covering multiple regions

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement brand communication strategies that align with the company's marketing and business objectives. Define the brand's value proposition and positioning. Ensure consistent messaging. Set goals for the global Brand & Communication team. Conduct market research and analyze data to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Messaging and Content Creation: Create compelling brand messages. Oversee content development, including press releases, website copy, social media, and marketing materials. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Align internal stakeholders with communication strategies. Develop internal communication programs and promote a consistent brand culture.
- Media Relations and Public Relations: Build relationships with media, journalists, and influencers. Manage public relations campaigns and crisis communication.
- Social Media: Oversee social media presence. Develop strategies for digital campaigns and monitor engagement.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for communication activities. Allocate resources efficiently.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train the Brand & Communications team. Set team goals and foster collaboration.

Remote Compensation Philosophy: Remote ensures fair, unbiased compensation and benefits, paying above local rates to support global talent. The salary range for this full-time role is $145,300–$204,300 USD, dependent on location, skills, experience, and market conditions.
