TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) partnering with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service Provider (FSP) solutions.

The Director of Clinical Operations oversees Associate Directors and Clinical Operations Teams, ensuring support in meeting operational and financial goals aligned with customer requirements and contractual obligations.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned Clinical Operations staff.
• Participate in resource planning and staff allocation to ensure project team adequacy across all phases.
• Contribute to proposal and budget development for new business.
• Provide technical expertise and clinical monitoring support to staff.
• Ensure staff are qualified and trained through input on training plans, coaching, mentoring, and delivery of training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, nursing, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of industry experience in clinical research, including 5+ years of on-site monitoring.
• Thorough knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and management experience in an international setting.
