Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Workplace Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of our company\’s digital workplace tools and platforms, focusing on collaboration, communication, and productivity enhancement through technologies like document sharing, messaging, and project management applications. You will ensure these tools meet employee needs while aligning with strategic goals and user experience standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define the vision and roadmap for our digital workplace, prioritizing features based on user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop product positioning and differentiation strategies to keep our digital workplace relevant and valuable.
Product Development and Management:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and IT teams to translate user needs into product requirements and prioritize features.
- Monitor product performance metrics like usage data, adoption rates, and user feedback for optimization.
- Lead product launches with effective communication, onboarding, and change management strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build relationships with stakeholders across departments to gather feedback and align strategies.
- Communicate progress, milestones, and risks to leadership effectively.
Change Management and User Adoption:
- Develop strategies for successful adoption of new tools and processes.
- Create communication plans to inform employees about changes.
- Provide training and support to ensure smooth transitions and positive user experiences.
- Measure adoption rates and refine efforts based on feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom) and trends.
- Experience in product management, lifecycle management, user-centered design, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data analysis skills to interpret user behavior and measure performance.
- Ability to prioritize, manage projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to drive innovation.
- Experience with Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Teams, Office 365, SharePoint) for collaboration enhancement.
