Are you looking to make the next steps in your marketing career? My client is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join their growing team in Brentford. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their product career who is seeking more responsibility.

The primary objective of this position is to ensure that the company website and mobile apps perform optimally to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis, you will monitor and analyze the performance of digital platforms to identify pain points in the user journey and growth opportunities.

You will manage the demand process and serve as the day-to-day contact for marketing, operations, commercial, and other business stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Support and Digital teams to collect and analyze customer feedback. You will collate a backlog of requirements for fixes and new features and coordinate their delivery by internal teams in priority order. Additionally, you will test new features and fixes in the production environment.

My client requires a good working knowledge of eCommerce and experience with B2C transactional websites (app experience is desired but not required). You should have a solid understanding of techniques that drive traffic generation, conversion, acquisition, and optimization. Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and SEO is essential.
