Deloitte\’s new Digital Platform Company Compliance (DPCC) Academy offers both compliance professionals and entry-level candidates a unique opportunity to enhance their skills and transition into the dynamic world of digital platform compliance.

We are at a global crossroads as regulators and policymakers introduce new laws and regulations aimed at digital platforms and the broader technology, media, and telecommunications industry. Deloitte supports technology companies in navigating these requirements, including the EU Digital Services Act, EU Digital Markets Act, EU AI Act, UK Media Act, and UK Online Safety Act.

Our intensive one-week programme provides targeted training led by Deloitte experts, covering the latest digital platform regulations and their impact on technology companies.

What the DPCC Academy Offers:

• Targeted Training: From 9th-13th June 2025, participate in a hybrid (virtual and in-person) programme in London, covering current digital platform regulations. The training runs during office hours (9 am-6 pm) and is designed for professionals seeking to enter digital platform compliance.
• Pathway to Technology Compliance: Successful completion may lead to Associate placements with our clients, providing hands-on experience.
• Continued Support: Access to Deloitte\’s training resources, expert advice, and professional network.
• Contribute to Projects: As a Digital Platform Company Compliance Associate, you will:

• Assist in building governance, risk, and compliance frameworks for tech companies.
• Support regulatory risk assessments and reporting across digital regulations.
• Help teams ensure compliance with online safety, content moderation, and user trust regulations.
• Implement practical solutions for evolving regulatory obligations.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Experience or strong academic background and interest in Governance, Risk, Ethics, and Compliance, with a desire to develop in digital platform compliance.
• Ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively.
• Knowledge of key digital regulations (e.g., DSA, DMA, Online Safety Act, AI Act) and eagerness to expand this knowledge.
• Interest in digital technologies and societal impacts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel and flexible working hours.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• Availability during the Academy dates (9th-13th June, 0900-1800).
• Successful completion of an assessment post-course for placement eligibility.
