As a Digital Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and development of digital partnerships, retail media and monetisation across our top brand partners. Sitting in the Brand Partnerships Team but collaborating closely with Digital teams, you will identify and activate innovative digital opportunities that enhance brand visibility and drive incremental sales across all categories, catering to both endemic and non-endemic brand partners. Your expertise will contribute significantly to achieving departmental financial targets and budgets, while growing cross-functional relationships across Marketing and Digital teams.

You will be a digital expert with a comprehensive understanding of Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Media and Performance Marketing. Your expertise will deliver exceptional digital opportunities, crucial to driving increased brand awareness and profitability for our partners, as well as identifying new digital real estate to expand our partnership offerings.

As the Digital Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with Digital and Marketing teams to identify and implement digital initiatives to expand our digital partnership portfolio.
  • Support Marketing Managers in delivering incremental sales opportunities across all brand categories, supporting with new digital focused pitches.
  • Own the reinvestment strategy for Online Retail Media, driving strategic brand partner outreach.
  • Work closely with Digital teams to optimise existing Online Retail Media programme and maximise revenue potential and partner engagement.
  • Evolve and grow pitch materials, customer insights, case studies and supporting documents for the Brand Partnerships team to support across sales pitches.
  • Contribute to departmental financial targets and budget management, forecasting and invoice management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive incremental revenue.
  • Proactively attend industry events to stay up to date with digital trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy and execution.
  • Work closely with the Sales lead on pipeline management.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in Digital, E-Commerce, Marketing, or Performance Marketing roles, ideally within a brand, agency, or retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven understanding of key marketing metrics and KPIs (CPC, CVR, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Experience of programmatic advertising and familiarity with DSPs (Demand-Side platforms) is a plus but not essential.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting and deriving insights from a variety of data sets.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
  • Strong interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and the retail tech industry.
