About the Role:
We are working with an innovative and rapidly growing digital media company that specializes in AI-powered advertising solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join a forward-thinking company and help accelerate its expansion in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with top UK media agencies, particularly within IPG and Omnicom.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and other social media platforms.
- Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations that address clients’ unique business needs.
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and align with industry trends.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to boost brand visibility and foster new connections.
- Work alongside the EMEA Sales Director to develop accurate sales forecasts, strategic plans, and growth initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 GBP, On Target Earnings of £100K per year.

Requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital media sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- In-depth understanding of the UK media agency landscape, with established relationships within Omnicom and IPG.
- Strong passion for digital advertising and expertise in programmatic and digital video sales.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level clients.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, conferences, and networking opportunities.
