About the Role:
We are working with an innovative and rapidly growing digital media company that specializes in AI-powered advertising solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join a forward-thinking company and help accelerate its expansion in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and nurture strategic relationships with top UK media agencies, particularly within IPG and Omnicom.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and other social media platforms.
  3. Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations that address clients’ unique business needs.
  4. Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and align with industry trends.
  6. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to boost brand visibility and foster new connections.
  7. Work alongside the EMEA Sales Director to develop accurate sales forecasts, strategic plans, and growth initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 GBP, On Target Earnings of £100K per year.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital media sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth understanding of the UK media agency landscape, with established relationships within Omnicom and IPG.
  • Strong passion for digital advertising and expertise in programmatic and digital video sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level clients.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings, conferences, and networking opportunities.
