Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Digital Marketing Associate, you will report to the Director of Growth & Marketing Performance to support the development of website strategy and the management of content on the company\’s website. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support development around website information architecture and hierarchy
• Support optimization of the user journey across product websites to encourage lead conversion
• Coordinate with our SEO lead to optimize website content
• Work with Product Marketers to audit and update static website content, including blockchain introductory articles, use cases, and case studies
• Keep website resources updated, including landing pages for insight reports, webinars, and knowledge bases, with content developed by the marketing team
• Manage production of landing pages and emails on Hubspot
• Manage blog imports and amplification through Medium channels
• Define and report on key website metrics
• Coordinate with content and growth teams to create standardized processes and ensure quality assurance
• Provide recommendations on amplifying current and future marketing initiatives

You will help build and maintain the online presence of the company and its products. You will cultivate expertise on Web3, Ethereum blockchain technology, blockchain developer tools, decentralized finance, and more. Your daily tasks will include managing website content, supporting market adoption of blockchain technology, and making Web3 accessible and user-friendly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing at a tech company with proven achievements
• Proficiency in WordPress, Hubspot, and Medium
• Experience targeting consumers, developers, and enterprises
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to articulate complex technological concepts clearly
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
• Experience understanding customer needs and ownership in work
• Experience in startup environments and cross-functional collaboration (preferred)
