The Role

• Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in the execution of digital activities.
• Assisting with video content production, written assets, design, and podcasts.
• Managing and developing social media platforms and user engagement.
• Supporting website updates for content and campaigns, and monitoring digital advertising platforms.
• Using reporting tools to analyze content and campaign performance using GA.
• Supporting the management of social media channels.
• Supporting the creation of video, written, and podcast content.
• Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement a social media content strategy.
• Advising teams on social media use and providing training as needed.
• Supporting and monitoring paid social media campaigns.
• Assisting in maintaining and improving the website.
• Uploading and updating imagery, copy, and video content.
• Tracking engagement performance with the wider team.
• Using keyword research to guide content creation.
• Monitoring page performance with analytical tools and recommending improvements.

The Candidate

• Experience and interest in developing video production and distribution skills.
• Experience and interest in creating written, editorial content.
• Ability to analyze engagement and performance statistics.
• Understanding of CRM, event planning, and administration.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and WordPress.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work, thriving in a busy environment.
• Team player who actively participates and maintains good relationships with others.
