This is a lovely role for a digital marketing executive who has experience uploading products to an eCommerce site and has some experience running paid social campaigns on Meta, as well as some PPC experience. If you have experience in email marketing as well, this would be an added bonus.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Uploading new products to the Shopify CMS and monitoring performance.
  • Amending pricing for promotional activities on the site.
  • Liaising with the creative team to brief in digital asset requirements for website and social media posts.
  • Creating written content for social media posts and liaising with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized.
  • Managing paid social campaigns across Meta and monitoring results.
  • Supporting Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Occasional email marketing, writing content and dropping it into templates.
  • Any other duties as required.

Experience needed:

  • Previous experience within an eCommerce business is essential – this could be B2C or B2B.
  • Paid social and PPC experience.
  • Previous experience of uploading products and content using CMS – ideally Shopify, but any others such as WooCommerce, Magento, or WordPress is fine.
  • Good understanding of integrated digital marketing and how it drives traffic to an eCommerce site.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience using tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
