We are recruiting for a Digital and Marketing Operations Coordinator in London, UK. The selected candidate will assist in the day-to-day work related to planning and executing digital and marketing activities within the assigned region.
Responsibilities include handling digital and marketing operations tasks for all campaigns and B2B & B2C activities to support the team in achieving key KPIs such as revenue, brand awareness, corporate penetration, digital direct, and loyalty. The role involves delivering timely tracking and performance reports to monitor results and ROI of digital and marketing activities in the region.
Accountabilities:
- Support the delivery of digital and marketing operations requirements for the assigned regions, providing localized inputs such as language-specific, market-specific insights, media landscape, channels, and upcoming digital tools to ensure relevance to the market context.
- Execute end-to-end B2B & B2C campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables—from planning and budgeting to creative assets development, post-campaign analysis, and tracking reports.
- Be responsible for updating key channel assets promptly to display promotional offers, value-added and ancillary product propositions, and loyalty initiatives.
- Run regular reports to monitor the usage of the marketing budget and the associated ROI for activities in the region.
- Update the calendar of all B2B & B2C activities as requested by management and track campaign budgets, reporting regularly.
- Deliver performance reports for each channel using dashboards and tracking tools to enable management to take relevant actions to meet objectives and KPIs for all campaigns.
