Role Overview

As a Digital Analyst, you will analyze digital marketing performance, drive attribution insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance performance. Your responsibilities include monitoring KPIs related to customer acquisition, retention, sales, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage funnel reporting and provide end-to-end marketing performance analysis.
  • Create insightful dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and tell compelling stories.
  • Conduct web analytics focusing on onsite performance, optimization, and customer experience.
  • Provide ongoing journey and funnel analysis to performance, omnichannel, and communications teams, delivering actionable insights.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced analyst with a background in digital marketing and web analytics.
  • Proficient in SQL and Google Analytics / GA4.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
  • Knowledge of channel performance analysis, including SEO and paid marketing.
  • Understanding of attribution modeling and CRO.
  • Familiarity with tagging, tracking, and data layers (GTM) is desirable.
  • Experience in ensuring data quality and accuracy.
