JustNurses, a leading UK nursing recruitment agency with a 30-year history, is expanding its Northern Ireland branch to enhance clinical services for our nursing and care staff, as well as our clients. The Deputy Nurse Manager will support daily operations, including conducting interviews, clinical supervision, appraisals, and revalidations, ensuring compliance with RQIA standards, providing training advice, and managing complaints and professional concerns. Good IT and communication skills. Understanding of NHS and private healthcare compliance and standards, including RQIA. Part-time hours: 2-3 days/week, 9:00-17:30, office-based.
