We’re looking for a talented professional to join the HR team at Loughborough University and play a key role in shaping our People and Culture strategy! Our HR Team is on an exciting journey of transformation following a period of growth and investment. As a Deputy Director of HR and part of the HR Executive Senior Team, you will manage several portfolio areas covering the whole employee lifecycle, including HR Services, Pay and Reward, and HR Data and Systems. We would be willing to consider a market supplement for an exceptional candidate.

You will be responsible for key programmes of work including:

  • Transforming HR processes and policies.

Additionally, you will work in close partnership with the Director of Human Resources (HR), Deputy Director of HR, and Director of Organisational Development and Change to enable the strategic delivery of our People and Culture work, as we seek to develop a best-in-sector employment proposition at Loughborough University.
