Social Network Platform Login/Join Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to operational and service standards across the entire team.
- Promote accountability within the team.
- Take a hands-on approach in daily operations and managing team performance.
- Lead and manage various client projects.
- Encourage and promote team engagement.
- Build excellent rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Support additional training and coaching to ensure proper job performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison for in-house service providers.
- Act as deputy for the Client Services Manager in their absence.
