Social Network Platform Login/Join Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to operational and service standards across the entire team.
  • Promote accountability within the team.
  • Take a hands-on approach in daily operations and managing team performance.
  • Lead and manage various client projects.
  • Encourage and promote team engagement.
  • Build excellent rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support additional training and coaching to ensure proper job performance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for in-house service providers.
  • Act as deputy for the Client Services Manager in their absence.
