What will help you succeed:

• Flexibility and goal orientation.
• The ability to see the bigger picture by taking a step back.
• Advanced English skills.
• Experience working with external clients and outsourcing; direct interaction with clients from the US or Europe is a plus.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders, providing visibility and accurate information impacting the client’s business.
• Negotiating yearly business plans with customers.
• Team leadership experience, especially with distributed or multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization working with agile teams.
• Knowledge of agile scaled frameworks; agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience with risk management, operations, P&L, and forecasting.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve project performance.
• An MBA degree or similar studies is a big plus.
