Job Description:

Requirements Engineer – Reading – 12 Month Contract

Hybrid – 3 days per week in Reading (non-negotiable)

Up to £600 (DOE) per day (Inside IR35)

Are you an experienced Requirements Engineer with a track record of delivering projects using DOORS software or equivalent?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Requirements Engineer to join our client\’s team in Reading. This role is crucial for managing and configuring the DOORS system to support robust requirements management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the DOORS model and enforce the requirements management plan.
2. Configure the DOORS model as defined by the PBS.
3. Support the Requirements Lead in maintaining the DOORS information schema.
4. Create and maintain linksets, baselines, modules, types, attributes, etc.
5. Develop and report on requirements metrics.
6. Provide tool support to the engineering community.
7. Verify and validate DOORS requirements.

Key Experience/Skills:

1. Knowledge of Systems Engineering across the development lifecycle.
2. Experience managing requirements in DOORS (or equivalent).
3. DOORS administration experience.
4. Polarian experience is desirable.
