Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Update spreadsheets and generate reports for management review.
2. Maintain accurate records of system updates and changes.
3. Follow policies and procedures, reporting necessary improvements.
4. Ensure high accuracy in data entry to minimize risks.

• Proficiency in MS Office with strong data entry accuracy.
• Well-organized with effective prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with a positive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive planning and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing change and improving processes.
