For the right candidates, this could lead to a permanent position at the client’s discretion. The work is based on a farm in Litton Cheney, Dorchester, so own transport is necessary. Entry level is Band A, with potential to progress to Band C after full training and at the client’s discretion. Operating and monitoring production equipment safely Bagging and sealing cheese, checking for foreign body contaminants Manual handling tasks such as stacking product/packing into boxes and pallets Assisting in organising work areas and setting up machinery where trained Using business systems like NAV and QIS to manage stock movements Sealing products, checking for quality issues, taking samples, and recording results Operating machinery such as bowl choppers, extruders, and cutting equipment Blending cheese for production, using various cheeses and ingredients per specifications Working Hours: Early shifts: Jan to Jun – Monday to Friday, 06:45 am to 3:45 pm (42.5 hours) Jul to Dec – Monday to Friday, 06:15 am to 3:45 pm (45 hours) Candidates must hold: Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance Interested?
