The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Consultant with experience across all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 F&O projects. The role requires a hands-on approach, solid understanding of finance processes, and knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products. Candidates should have a proven consultancy background, as the role involves continuous client interaction and collaboration with project teams, including onshore and offshore developers. The role also includes presales activities related to Dynamics F&O and the broader Microsoft platform, contributing to proposals and business development, and mentoring junior staff. This position is central to KPMG's delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. It offers an exciting opportunity within a rapidly expanding business area of a leading global firm.
Responsibilities
- Participate in full end-to-end implementations and all project lifecycle phases
- Engage with D365FO interfaces and integrations
- Gather and document functional requirements and perform gap/fit analysis
- Create solution and integration design documents with development teams
- Manage scope and change control effectively
- Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues
- Provide on-site support during delivery and go-live phases
- Stay informed about the product roadmap and upcoming releases of D365FO
- Assist in responding to RFPs and RFQs
- Address complex problems with innovative solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and demonstrate company capabilities
- Promote company values and ensure timely completion of internal processes and training
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Directors
- Represent KPMG MBS professionally and positively at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
- Consulting experience with strong presentation skills
- Ability to lead meetings and workshops; confident presentation to C-suite
- At least 4 years of D365FO or AX2012 implementation experience in modules such as Finance, SCM, Commerce, HR
- Experience with D365FO interfaces and integrations
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certification, preferably current version
- Experience with LCS and Azure DevOps is beneficial
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Visio a plus
- Understanding of Power Platform and Business Intelligence is preferred
