The Role:

  • Develop and build long term strategic client relationships, through both telephone contact and face-to-face meetings.
  • Obtain and gain a full understanding of client hiring requirements.
  • Identify and qualify suitable candidates prior to submission.
  • Generate, qualify and follow up business leads.
  • Develop, maintain and leverage a network of Cyber Security professionals from both a client and candidate perspective.
  • Identify opportunities for other Hamlyn Williams business units within your client base, and cross-sell our service offerings accordingly.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and KPI targets.

Experience Required:

  • An Entrepreneurial approach to recruitment.
  • 10-18 months 360 recruitment experience specifically in the Cyber security market would be desirable.
  • Experience working in another Tech market essential as the transition will be a lot easier for you.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to hit and exceed targets.
  • Clear and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to demonstrate a proven track record of generating business and making placements.
