Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Wandsworth, London, United Kingdom (Onsite, Full-time)

Remuneration: Hourly rate £16.17 PAYE

Contract Details: Temporary, 3 months, 36 hours/week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Job Description:

  • Maintain a good telephone manner
  • Ability to \’hit the ground running\’
  • Multitask effectively, such as taking calls and writing notes swiftly on our system during quick call succession
  • Work hours from 09:00 to 17:00
  • Maintain a friendly personality
  • Knowledge of NEC is desirable but not essential
