We are looking for someone who has experience of working with customer support company products and resolving technical issues, provide customer training on products and act in a quick and professional manner to resolve queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on technical support and assistance to a large client base.
  • Execute installations, upkeep, and repairs of equipment and systems.
  • Swiftly troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal operational disruptions.
  • Uphold superior customer service standards by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Foster effective collaboration with internal teams for seamless issue resolution.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to optimize product utilization.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in field service or customer support roles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving intricate technical problems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Possession of a valid driver\’s license and a clean driving record, no more than 6 points.
  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are a plus.
