A fantastic role acting as the initial point of contact for customers both by phone and in person. You will maintain an excellent service level to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
Daily Responsibilities
- Taking incoming and making outgoing calls
- Updating the system with accurate notes
- Pre-call and reminder phone calls
- Meeting and greeting customers on the day
- Ensuring customer contact details are captured
- Organising collection times and confirming them with customers
- Providing customer updates throughout the day
- Upselling health checks
- Discussing benefits of service plans
- Explaining works performed during customer collection
- Following up to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Being a team player and displaying a positive attitude towards teamwork and callers
Support Provided
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential. You will be assigned a mentor who will train and coach you through the Service Advisor role, starting with customer bookings and appointments, learning dealer computer systems, progressing to job shadowing, and eventually managing your own customers.
