Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, scheduled between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. No weekend work.
Salary: £12.21 from 1st April 2025
This full-time role requires flexibility and involves working shifts within business hours. The typical day includes up to 9 hours of work, including a 1-hour unpaid break, in a lively contact centre environment, either on-site or remotely.
Responsibilities include handling customer calls, providing updates, addressing challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will need strong communication skills, resilience, ability to multitask, and proficiency with multiple systems.
