Job Opportunity: Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor

We are currently working with a highly efficient and well-equipped Bodyshop seeking an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join their busy site in the Maidenhead area.

• Salary: up to £30,000
• Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers, manage bookings, control courtesy car diary, and provide customer updates.
• Liaise with third-party companies such as insurance and car hire companies.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, requiring a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role within an accident repair centre or the motor trade.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Previous experience as an administrator or customer service advisor within the motor trade, ideally within an accident repair centre.
