Role:

• Answering customer questions and providing high levels of customer service
• Taking details regarding vehicle breakdowns and passing them to the internal dispatch team
• Entering vital details into the RAC system
• Keeping customers updated at all times

Requirements:

We do not require specific breakdown or motor industry experience. We are looking for experienced customer service professionals who are accustomed to working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and dealing with customers:

• Previous customer service experience (essential)
• Excellent timekeeping and punctuality (essential)
• Excellent communication skills (essential)
• Professional telephone manner (essential)
