Our client

Our client is a leading automotive retailer who is looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for their dealership.

The ideal candidate

The client is seeking someone with previous experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealer, who is enthusiastic, has a natural rapport with customers, and can effectively sell the features and benefits of work.

The role

1. You will work with a close and committed team passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
2. You will take responsibility for your customers, ensuring you meet their expectations, and focus on areas such as customer concerns and VHC up-sell.
3. You should be customer-focused, able to prioritize your workload, and confident with a good technical understanding to support your up-sell techniques.

As a Service Advisor

1. Ideally, you will be an experienced Main Dealer Service Advisor with a solid career background.
2. This is a hands-on role involving liaising daily with all dealership departments.
3. You should be charismatic, driven to succeed, focused on delivering excellent customer service, and eager to advance your career.

Package

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with alternate Saturdays.
