Additionally, you will manage and lead a high-performing CX team , providing training, development, and ongoing guidance.
We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be resilient, flexible, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You should be action-oriented, strategically minded, and able to motivate your team. Knowledge of Gorgias, Shopify, and SAP is essential.
