As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas. Responsibilities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers\’ specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers and keeping the manager informed about customer satisfaction are key duties.
You will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment. We seek candidates with a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers, making them feel valued.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior should come naturally. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact are essential. Maintaining high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is also required.
