Role of Cruise Consultant:
- Managing a portfolio of customers through acquisition of new customers, retention of existing customers and maintenance and updating of customer data and records
- Delivering on agreed customer and sales targets (KPI’s)
- Demonstrating competence and capability to ensure customers’ needs are met promptly and accurately
- Understanding the needs of each customer through listening and building rapport
- Taking the workload off our customers' shoulders and letting them focus on enjoying the cruise
Skills required for the role:
- Previous cruise sales experience
- Demonstrable experience of working to sales targets
- Taking ownership of your own personal development to build on product knowledge e.g. understanding the current marketing campaigns to maximise customer sales opportunities
- Being passionate about cruises and dedicated to providing customers with the very best in one-to-one personal service
