Role of Cruise Consultant:

• Managing a portfolio of customers through acquisition of new customers, retention of existing customers, and maintenance of customer data and records.
• Delivering on sales targets (KPIs).
• Ensuring customer needs are met promptly and accurately.
• Understanding each customer’s needs through listening and rapport-building.
• Taking the workload off customers and letting them enjoy their cruise.

Skills required:

• Previous cruise sales experience.
• Experience of working to sales targets.
• Ownership of personal development to enhance product knowledge.
• Passion for cruises and dedication to providing excellent personal service.
