Age UK is recruiting for a CRM Product Manager to join our delivery-focused Digital and Technology team. We are creating a new Data capability to transform the organization, enabling stakeholders to unlock business insights from trustworthy data. A core part of this capability is the Customer Relationship Management platform, Microsoft Dynamics. This role involves developing clear product strategies and roadmaps, finding synergy, and creating value for our users and the organization.
As Age UK is a large and complex charity, the ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset and extensive stakeholder management experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical colleagues are essential. This role is offered on a hybrid / London contract and will include occasional travel to our modern co-working hub in London (Tower Hill), approximately once a month.

Must haves:- Proven ability as a leader of a complex business platform
- Experience in creating product strategies and roadmaps with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence and develop trusted relationships at senior levels, with effective stakeholder management
- Experience promoting culture change, driving collaborative projects, and overseeing new processes and systems
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, both “365 Online” and “on-prem” instances
- Experience overseeing a CRM system within a charity setting used across Income Generation and Service provision
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize conflicting demands, and meet objectives
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Understanding of fundraising and income generation methodologies related to CRM systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to influence and develop trusted relationships at senior levels
- Experience working in large, complex organizations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Databricks
- Understanding of GDPR best practices in data management
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms
