Job Description:

MOO, founded in 2006, has grown into a company with over 400 employees, creating print and digital products for clients like Google, Airbnb, and many others. Our headquarters are in London, UK, with additional locations in Dagenham, Boston, East Providence, and Denver. We are seeking a proactive CRM Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team.

The CRM team aims to deliver personalized, omni-channel experiences that deepen customer engagement and increase lifetime value. The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities, work efficiently with stakeholders, and focus on email marketing initiatives, reporting to the CRM Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute email marketing strategies, including planning, creative brief assistance, campaign creation, audience segmentation, and stakeholder feedback management.
  2. Develop the customer marketing calendar and forecast campaign performance based on past results.
  3. Maintain strong cross-functional relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
  4. Measure and analyze campaign results using Braze, Tableau, and Google Analytics, providing insights to inform future strategies.
  5. Optimize email messaging and segmentation based on key performance variables.
  6. Improve email marketing efforts by staying updated on industry best practices and technology.
  7. Propose testing strategies to enhance conversion, engagement, and lifetime value.
  8. Support CRM operational tasks, including copy translations and software functionality maintenance.

About You:

  • Experience in a marketing role at entry or mid-level.
  • Understanding of email marketing and data-driven campaign execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying marketing plans and results.
  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeted campaign development.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with Braze or other marketing automation platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, etc. (Desirable).

Nice To Haves:

  • Basic HTML skills to troubleshoot email rendering issues.
  • Experience specifically with Braze.
