Our client, a fast-growing Ecommerce brand, is looking for a strong CRM Manager to join their expanding team. The role is paying from £45k to £50k and can be based in a London office or in Herts. It is a full-time and permanent role.
The role will focus on Retention and Loyalty , automation, and cover email, SMS, and push notifications. You will have experience being hands-on and implementing campaigns; however, the role will mainly be managing a team of 2 with the ability to jump in when needed. Previous management or agency management experience would be highly beneficial.
You should also be able to produce reports and provide meaningful insights to help with strategy.
The role needs someone with experience in segmentation , and subscription would be ideal but not a necessity. You should also be highly collaborative and proactive in nature.
